Helping the Young Generation Keep-up with the Latest Developments in the IT Field
Makhzoumi Foundation and the English Academy School, located in Gharife/Chouf, held a graduation ceremony on June 21, 2010, in the presence of the Foundation’s President Mrs. May Makhzoumi, the Foundation’s Deputy General Manager Mr. Samer Safah, and Head of the School Mr. Fahmi Bo Hamdan.
This graduation came within the context of the cooperation between the School and Makhzoumi Foundation, which provided training sessions to the students including computer sciences and Microsoft Office. The graduates who benefited from these sessions were 88 students.
The ceremony included a word for Makhzoumi Foundation given by the Head of Mazraa Training Center, Mrs. Malak Al Hout, emphasizing on the importance of this unique cooperation between the Foundation and the School and on the importance of enhancing it for the welfare of the students who would be keeping-up with the developments in the IT field. The Head of the school also gave a word praising the Makhzoumi Foundation for its efforts contributing to the development of the Lebanese citizens, especially the youth whom the Nation progress depends on, through capacity empowerment and skills acquisition; Mr. Bou Hamdan also wished that fruitful cooperation would be on-going between the two parties. At the end of the ceremony, the parents as well thanked Makhzoumi Foundation for its outstanding efforts.
