The program welcomes all Lebanese citizens. Adherence is free of charge. Applicants are required to fill an application form and submit it along with copy of an Identity Card. A personal medical ID card is then issued which entitles its holder to benefit from the services of the healthcare providers. This service is provided by the Foundation free of any charge to the health cardholders. No fee is paid to the Foundation.

The healthcare program is in continuous expansion with a gradual increase in the number of partners in order to cover all areas of Lebanon. The Foundation periodically updates the healthcare index booklet and distributes it to the program beneficiaries.
