The Agricultural Workshops

A project entitled “Ecologically-Sound Pest Management “was implemented in 1997 in cooperation with the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the American University of Beirut .It included holding training sessions ( each with a duration of 3 days ) by specialists to 140 farmers who came from all the regions of the country to the Agricultural Research and Educational Center in the Bekaa Valley. Upon termination all farmers received certificates of attendance.

Currently , several workshops are regularly held targeting farmers countrywide and tackling their problems and fields of interests.
